There has been tremendous interest and response to the leadership symposium. The Board is excited about the different aspects of the event, from the discussions to the panel discussions to former Navajo leaders being on a panel.

On September 3, 2010, the Navajo Studies Conference Board, in conjunction with the Navajo Nation Museum, will facilitate an exciting 1-day symposium on Navajo leadership entitled "Meaningfulness of Navajo Leadership: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow". This exciting symposium will feature inspiring speakers and be held at the Navajo Nation Museum in Window Rock, Arizona.
